VIY5-37 Dual-Frequency Ground Penetrating Radar
The VIY5-37 Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) is a professional dual-frequency radar system that combines 300 MHz and 700 MHz shielded antennas in a single integrated unit. This unique configuration provides the advantages of both frequencies simultaneously—greater penetration depth from the 300 MHz antenna and higher-resolution imaging from the 700 MHz antenna. The system allows users to acquire two independent radar profiles at the same time, making it an excellent solution for projects requiring both deep subsurface investigation and detailed near-surface analysis. Under favorable ground conditions, the VIY5-37 can achieve a maximum investigation depth of up to 8 meters.
Designed for engineering, archaeology, utility locating, forensic investigations, and geological surveys, the VIY5-37 integrates the antenna system, electronics, battery, and communication interfaces into a rugged IP65-rated enclosure. Advanced digital signal processing, real-time filtering, and Telbin® technology ensure high-quality radar data with excellent signal-to-noise performance.
