Golden Mask Deep Hunter Pro 3 SE is a special model from the Deep Hunter line, designed to have the maximum depth of detection possible. It's based on the Pro3 model, but redesigned electronics and added manual ground balance with multi-turn knob for precise ground balancing and maximum depth. The detector has a switch to switch it to a fully automatic ground balance - for ease of use. The TRASH REJECT function to choose what the detector reacts on - only large targets or all targets, works only in Auto ground balance mode. With this function smaller targets are eliminated and the machine detects only large metal objects. The Trash Reject function is very useful on metal-infested sites, where the prospector would like to search for large targets only.

The Deep Hunter Pro 3 is designed to detect deeply buried large and medium-size metal objects - 5 or more cm in diameter. It could detect smaller targets also, especially with smaller coils. Like all other models from the Deep Hunter range, the Deep Hunter Pro3 SE is a reliable machine for professional use with a discrimination function. The type of the metal objects is identified by two LED lights - red for non-ferrous metals and green for iron. The discrimination is not as good as with the VLF detectors, this is limitation of the PI technology.

Main Features

TRASH / GB: This is especially useful in fields full of garbage so that the device responds only to large objects on the ground and does not react to different nails, buttons and other findings that are undesirable.
SILENT SEARCH MODE: If the search place is full of small metal objects, then it is better to use this mode. It is good to work in very difficult terrain. The device will only point to large metallic objects and discriminate against them: a high tone signal will indicate a non-ferrous metal finding, and a low tone signal means that an iron finding is found.
STATIC SEARCH MODE: This is the main and most sensitive search mode. As soon as a metallic object is under the coil or frame, the device will begin to react by amplifying the object's signal (it will hear it). The sound will be the loudest and the signal will be louder then, as soon as the object is exactly in the center of the coil; In this case, a precise point for the device is not needed, in a static mode, the object is heard better.
BOOST MODE: This function is especially important, when pressed to the ON position, the device receives a 20% depth gain.
DIFFERENT COILS AND ACCESSORIES AVAILABLE: The DeepHunter Pro 3 SE has coils of larger and smaller dimensions that are sold separately to offer better precision or depth, as the case may be.

WARNING! The Pro3 SE and the Pro3 use newly developed coils that are not compatible with the previous models - Pro and Pro2!

The Deep Hunter Pro 3 SE has a special PLNR (Power Line Noise Reduction) system for comfortable search near 50 Hz power lines. You can order a special "US edition" model, optimized for search close to 60Hz power lines - this frequency is present in the USA and some other countries in North and South America, Saudi Arabia etc.

Coils:

The 20 cm coil – basically, its purpose is to search for gold nuggets in difficult ground.
The 28 × 42 cm ellipse coil – a highly sensitive ellipse coil for reconnaissance, search in the forest and difficult-to-reach places.
The 42 cm coil – the search coil for all search tasks, and general use.
The 58 cm coil – as for me, the best coil to search for militaria/war relics, you can use it to check dugouts and trenches. And treasures, of course!

Frame coils:

Frame 125×125 cm – the smallest frame available, you can use it alone (but not for long), it allows you to search for treasure and check trenches and foxholes.
Frame 180×180 cm – the main frame for searching large metal objects. It is necessary to detect together with someone when using this, it is good for finding large objects – helmets and boxes with metal contents, for example. You could also find a treasure if there is one in the field or forest.
Frame 300×300 cm – is well suited to test legends on the theme “in this lake, there is a tank/plane/ truck.”
